A guided discussion on Public Law led by Middle Temple practitioners

The session will provide you with the opportunity to discuss applying public law learning to real world topics, which arise in practice, with the assistance of an experienced public law practitioner. In order to help you obtain the maximum benefit from the session you will be expected to prepare for it and to engage in the discussion. Expect the trainer to ask you for your opinion on the issues discussed. But do remember: this is not an exam and there are no ‘right’ answers.

This Round Table will be led by:

  • George Peretz QC
  • Master James Flynn QC
  • Sarah Lee QC
  • Alan Bates

Details of the preparation required in advance will be circulated ahead of the QS.
