| Monday 30 October 2023 | Nominations close |
| Thursday 2 November 2023 | Voting opens – Candidate details and voting instructions published on Inn’s website |
| Monday 4 December 2023 | Poll closes at 13:00. Results announced and confirmed at Hall Committee meeting |
| Wednesday 6 December 2023 | Results published on Inn’s website |
