Please find below the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple’s (“the Inn’s”) policies and privacy notices in relation to the processing of personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
These policies and notices are to inform you about the ways in which the Inn uses your personal data. They tell you about the types of personal information collected, what it is used for, the legal reasons contained in the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 which allow its use, how long the information is retained for and how you can exercise your rights.
