Mock Trial Family Law
Woolf v. Woolf
This event will consist of a mock trial, followed by discussion. You will see practitioners run parts of a trial or hearing and then discuss with them their case theory, tactics and advocacy.

Qualifying Session Details
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in opposing cases.
- Explain how to deal with a hostile witness.
- Critique how to cross-examine effectively within a short time scale.
