National Crime Agency

We are currently recruiting exceptional solicitors and barristers specialising in employment law with significant post qualification experience. As an NCA officer in the legal team you will support the Agency’s mission to lead the fight against serious and organised crime. You will be expected to use your legal skills and judgement to contribute to the strategic direction of the NCA and shape the legislative landscape by providing specialist employment law advice across all areas of the Agency. You will need to be able to think creatively to help manage legal risk in cases that are often novel, complex and challenging.

Please note we will be holding a virtual Opening Evening Event on Tuesday 5^th March 2024 from 1800-1900 hours via MS teams where you can hear from NCA officers working within the role. During the event you will be given the opportunity to ask questions regarding the position and application process. Attendance for this event is by invitation only.
