Middle Temple Summer School 24-29 August 2020
This online summer school is aimed at those who would have been seeking mini-pupillages over the summer break but, due to the pandemic, have been unable to do so.
It is primarily aimed at students who are currently at or about to start university, or have recently graduated. Priority will be given to applicants in these groups.
Sessions will include an introduction to Becoming a Barrister, Making Pupillage Applications, Advocacy Workshops and the chance to meet with practitioners for group work. The project is being overseen by Bernard Richmond QC, Head of Chambers at Lamb Building, and will have sessions run by the Inn's advocacy trainers. You can find the provisional programme further down this page as a download.
Please note: There are 90 places available on this summer school. Please email Richard Frost at Middle Temple (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining in 100 words why you want a place on the Summer School no later than Wednesday 19 August. Successful applicants will be notifed on Friday 21 August with joining instructions.
Please inform us if, having been offered a place, you do not wish to attend or cannot attend any sessions. Email: email@example.com
