Friday night was Middle Temple Quiz Night in Hall. More than 100 keen quizzers pitted their wits against questions from Quizmaster Master Alexander Macqueen assisted by Middle Temple Archivist Barnaby Bryan.
Questions included, ‘In which region of the United Kingdom would you find the following? Middle Dodd, Grike, Catbells and Troutbeck Tongue?’ and ‘The England Women’s Rugby Team won the 2025 World Cup in September, but how many times previously have they won it?’.
Nineteen teams battled it out but Master Richmond's team, 'The Deputy's Dawgs', were the victors in a tight race. In second place were 'Where Legals Dare' and in third place, 'Inn Second Place'.
