Amongst its core purposes, Middle Temple cites “the promotion of diversity and access to the Bar”. It achieves this through a number of different means: from providing opportunities and funding in support of access to the Bar; to initiating and running the Inns of Court Alliance for Women, and promoting mentorship and family-friendly activities.
