This session reviews resources, both print and also electronic, available for legislation research. It will discuss how to use databases and print resources for conducting Pepper v Hart research. Methods for locating domestic, as well as international legislation will be discussed.
Who can Attend
This event is for members only. Whilst primarily aimed at Student members, there are a number of places available for Called members.
Qualifying Session Details
After this session, students should be able to:
- Practice conducting legislation research using print and online resources.
- Identify methods for undertaking Pepper v Hart research.
- Demonstrate the ability to locate commentary materials related to legislation.

Bookings and Cancellations
