This session provides an overview of print and electronic resources for case law research, in both domestic and also international jurisdictions. It will highlight various database features and identify freely available websites to use when searching for case law. Researching commentary material for case law will also be reviewed.
Who can Attend
This event is for members only. Whilst primarily aimed at Student members, there are a number of places available for Called members.

Learning Outcomes:
After this session, students should be able to:
- Identify print and online resources available for case law research.
- Recognise free legal web gateways and free websites that can be utilised for case law.
- Demonstrate the ability to locate commentary materials related to case law.

Unless the event sells out earlier, booking will close at 16:00 the day before the event
Cancellations:
Where we have a waiting list we will offer your ticket to someone else, so please do cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend by emailing education@middletemple.org.uk
