An interactive seminar on Ethics led by Middle Temple practitioners.

Ethics – in practical terms, compliance with requirements of BSB Handbook and especially the Code of Conduct – at heart of what we do as professionals – not some technical or academic add on.

You WILL come across ethical problems – the more junior you are the more often they will arise with no warning at the last minute – stranded in some far away court.

You MUST be able to identify a problem and think it through and ask for advice. There may not be a right answer but it is better to have thought it through and done something than not to have noticed it.

You WILL find different duties often pull in different directions and what you have to do may be counter-intuitive.

Practitioners:

  • Master Jeremy Nicholson
  • Master Andrew Onslow
  • Master Louise McCullough
  • Yash Bheeroo
  • Rani Noakes

Details of the preparation will be circulated ahead of the QS.

You are only permitted to attend this training once.  If you book this event having already attended a previous session your booking will be cancelled by the Education Department.
