Learning Outcomes:
After this session, students should be able to:
- Recognise when a core duty is engaged in particular ethical situations.
- Identify relevant sections of the Bar Code of Conduct that applies in particular ethical situation.
- Plan/formulate correct courses of action.
- Apply practical guidance to realistic problems.
