Learning Outcomes:

  1. Describe the structure and purpose of “Jackson reforms”, i.e. reform of civil litigation.
  2. Apply that understanding to the teaching of civil litigation on their Bar Course.
  3. Recognise the significance of procedure for the rule of law.
