Event Details

With a champagne reception and black tie dinner, Private Guest Night is one of the Inn’s grander events.


Pre-dinner lecture: TBC


Menu

Starter: London Smoked and Cured Scottish Salmon, Compressed Cucumber, Sourdough Croutons, Whipped Citrus Butter

Vegetarian Alternative: Salt Baked Golden Beetroot, Goats Curd, Quinoa Crumb and Candied Walnuts

Main: Slow-cooked Beef Cheek, Pomme Puree, Button Mushrooms, Baby Onions and Red Wine Sauce

Vegetarian Alternative: Winter Tomato Tarte Tatin, White Onion Puree, Kalamata Olive and Tomato Dressing

Dessert: Spiced Apple and Blackberry Crumble, Clotted Cream


Student members (including transferring lawyers) must attend all elements of the event in order to be awarded the Qualifying Session. This includes any lecture/talk/reception/dinner/speeches.
 
Other members and guests are of course most welcome to attend the lecture, or can attend the reception onwards.

Please note there are certain rules and customs that members and guests are expected to observe when attending formal dinners at the Inn.
