Master Jones is a senior consultant in public and constitutional law at Linklaters LLP, and was previously Treasury Solicitor and head of the Government Legal Department. He will explore recent and potential developments in public and constitutional law, including judicial review, human rights and the rule of law, and the implications of the change of Prime Minister and government.
Students and transferring lawyers need to attend the whole event including the reception in order to claim a Qualifying Session.
