Event Details

Join us for the Middle Temple Quiz, hosted by Barnaby Bryan (Archivist) and Renae Satterley (Librarian) with a special guest quiz master!

Members can book tickets online, and are welcome to book tickets for their guests.

For those who want to have a quiz team, please email, specifiying your teammates' names so we can seat you in a group. Teams are limited to 4 people minimum, 8 people maximum. If you choose not to team up in advance you will be assigned to other individuals who do not belong to a team.

Pre-booking for charcuterie plates is now closed, but you can still pre-order drinks, nuts and crisps with the enclosed form:, emailing it to the library:

Orders must be made by 5pm on 31 October, with payment made by phoning the Events department on: 020 7427 4820 by 12.00 on 1 November.

The quiz is expected to last approximately 2 hours, but attendees are welcome to stay afterwards.

First prize: two tickets to the Garden Party
Second prize: a case of six bottles of wine
Third prize: a £50 gift voucher to the Garden Room

Members of the Inn and their guests.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements please ensure that you provide this information when you book tickets.  If you did not do so, please inform the Inn no later than 09:00 two working days before the event.  When seated in Hall please make a member of staff aware of these requirements so that they can serve you accordingly.  

Non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided on request.

Bookings and Cancellations

Members of the Inn can buy tickets online by clicking ‘Add to Cart’.  Please note that you must log in to book (if you have not yet created a log-in please register first).  Alternatively you can buy tickets from the Treasury Office by calling 020 7427 4800.

Unless the event sells out earlier, booking will close at 09:00 two working days before the event.  


Where we have a waiting list we will offer your ticket to someone else, so please do cancel your ticket if you are no longer able to attend.
