Scholarships Officer (£32,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience)

The Inn awards just over a million pounds in scholarships each year, with the majority going to students commencing the bar vocational training course, some to students doing a post-graduate law conversion course, plus smaller amounts for ad hoc overseas placements, essay prizes etc. In this fulltime role (37.5 hrs pw) you will effectively and efficiently coordinate the scholarships award process from applications to interviews, right through to approval and payment of awards, keeping accurate records throughout.

Estates Officer – £55,000 - £59,000 gross pa

In this fulltime role (37.5 hrs pw) you will be ensuring the Inn’s rental income is maximised and maintained with voids and aged debts kept to a minimum. Based at our offices between the Strand and the Thames, our estate consists of an interesting and historically important collection of buildings ranging from Middle Temple Hall built in 1570 through to post war properties constructed in sympathetic style in the 1950s. Many are listed and together with associated courtyards and gardens, all sit within ‘The Temple’ conservation area.

Communications & Media Co-ordinator £28,000 – £30,000 gross per annum

In this fulltime role (37.5 hrs p/w) you will be creating design and content across multiple channels including digital, web and print media. Liaising with our agency on creating content and delivering the Inn’s internal and external communications, including marketing of the Inn’s facilities, venue, events and development opportunities. Specific duties etc may be subject to change from time to time, to reflect changes in organisational requirements.

Library Assistant – £18,000 gross per annum

As one of the four Inns of Court, we are proud to provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.

In this part time role (24 hrs p/w) you will record and process incoming materials and invoices, track missing parts and develop a good working relationship with library suppliers. You will also process items and ready them for binding and carry out administrative tasks, assisting with legal reference queries.
