Masterclass by Lord Neuberger: Advocacy Before Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, 17 March
Drawing on over three decades of judicial and tribunal practice and a further two decades of practice before courts and tribunals in the capacity of barrister, Lord Neuberger will deliver a masterclass on effective advocacy before courts and arbitral tribunals.
Topics for the session will be tailored to the group and include the following: choosing your forum, preparing and tailoring arguments for each fora, advocacy before appellate courts and arbitral tribunals, addressing ethical dilemmas and integrity issues, the responsibilities of lawyers and cultural competency before foreign decision makers.
This will be a hybrid session with the option to attend in person at our London office or online. Lord Neuberger will lead the masterclass for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of questions and discussion with participants.
