It is with sadness we announce the death of our Middle Temple Bencher, Professor Anthony Smith LLD.
Master Smith died on 19 August 2025, aged 78 at his home in New Zealand.
We have been advised that the funeral will take place in Wellington, New Zealand on Monday 25 August.
