Reader's Feast celebrated our Autumn Reader, Master Matthew Weait, who will step down as Reader in December.
Master Weait’s Reading followed a drinks reception and black-tie dinner. His remarks explored legal recognition of the Rights of Nature and similar movements and how they could become a tool in minimizing the spread of zoonotic disease. Guests included Master Treasurer, The Rt Hon Lady Justice Thirlwall DBE, Masters Louise McCullough, and Jacqueline Reid.
Master Weait, we thank you so much for your enormous contribution to the Inn's educational heritage, including introducing hundreds of students to the Treasurer to be Called to the Bar.
