Fifty-four students practised their advocacy at our Cumberland Lodge training course last weekend. Students worked in groups of six with each advocacy workshop overseen by experienced barristers and judges. Thank you to the twenty trainers who gave up their time to tutor this next generation of advocates.
Workshops ranged from teaching narrative advocacy, prosecution case analysis sessions and discussing the differences between courtroom advocacy in the US and UK.
