DetailsThis seminar will offer a platform for discussion on whether now is the right time for the UK to have a written constitution.

This question will be informed by the experiences of an eminent panel of speakers.

The seminar will be chaired by Justice of the Supreme Court, the Right Hon Lord Mance.

 Professor Stefan Vogenauer, Max Planck Institute for European Legal History;

 Jeremy Gauntlett SC (South Africa), QC Barrister, Brick Court Chambers.
