Bio:

Felicity practises at 5RB in media law, working in defamation, privacy and confidence, data
protection, copyright, contempt, harassment and injunctive relief. She deals with issues
relating to online publication and social media; as well as the balance between freedom of
speech and other rights. She has acted for individuals and organisations, including large
media and online companies.

Felicity read LLB Law and Spanish Law at the University of Kent (with a year at the
University of Deusto, Bilbao), and an LLM from the University of London. Pre-pupillage she
spent a year at the Law Commission and 2 years at the Ministry of Justice.

Felicity was a member of Hall Committee from 2016-2023, including serving as Vice-Chair for
3 years, and in 2023 as Chair. She sat on Membership Committee for 8 years and has been
a member of the Survive & Thrive steering group since its inception. Felicity sits on the Inn’s
hardship award panel, and on scholarship panels.

Felicity is a member of the Bar Council IT Panel, a reviewer for Advocate and a member of
the European Circuit and the London Irish Lawyers Association.
