Bio:

Called in 1982 and Silk in 2002, Mark is a leading practitioner in International and Domestic Arbitrations predominantly in Professional Negligence and Construction with a practice that includes Poland, Ukraine, Estonia (earning him the Estonian Military Cross), the Middle East, China and North America.  Mark is an advocacy and trainers’ trainer and he devised and teaches on the Inn’s Mediation Course.  He lectures and teaches all forms of dispute resolution at the CIArb and also chairs the RICS Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal.  He is active in various heritage and environmental charities and finds time to be the General Editor of Hudson on Building Contracts and author of a forthcoming book on Commercial Mediation.
