Bio:

Head of Des Voeux Chambers in Hong Kong, John has an extensive practice as an advocate and arbitrator.  He also has an active practice in non-contentious company matters such as Company Schemes of Arrangement and Reductions of Capital.  Called in England & Wales in 1982, he is also a member of 4 Stone Buildings in London.  Master Scott generously sponsors an international scholarship for the Inn which covers travel and accommodation in Hong Kong, a stay of three weeks, with one week’s work experience in Des Voeux Chambers, one week’s marshalling, and when possible, one week’s work experience in an international law firm.
