Bio:

Yevhen studied at Kyiv National Economic University from 1995 to 2000. He became a lawyer in 2000 and was secretary to the Disciplinary Chamber of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar of the Region from 2013 to 2017.

 

In 2017, Yevhen was appointed a Justice of the Supreme Court in the Civil Cassation Court, and in 2023, he became a Member of the Commission on Civil Service in the Judicial System. He has also been a Member of the Expert Council (Higher Qualification Commission of Judges) since 2025 and, in 2026, became a Member of the Expert Group on Veterans' Access to Justice.

Throughout his career, Yevhen has dealt with civil, family and succession cases, defamation, employment and land cases, cases on compensation for damage, on the seizure of unexplained assets, in credit and mortgage relations, on the establishment of legal facts, and the declaration of persons as deceased.

Yevhen studied for a DPhil at Kyiv National Academy of Internal Affairs from 2021 to 2024, writing his thesis on Civil proceedings in children`s cases.
