William R. “Bill” Bay is a partner with the St. Louis office of U. S. law firm Thompson Coburn LLP. He is a past president of the American Bar Association. As President, he frequently addressed rule of law issues. He is a highly respected litigator who represents major companies in high stakes litigation. He is a member of the American Law Institute.
