Event Details

Master David Reade

As Billy Bragg sang it “Which side are you on?”  The landscape of collective industrial relations reflects a model of managed conflict: union versus employer. How is the right to strike secured and what are the controls and limitations placed on that right.  A not too laboured introduction and overview to the law of industrial action, domestic and under the ECHR.

Students and transferring lawyers need to attend the whole event including the reception in order to claim a Qualifying Session.
