Kristina took her first yoga class in 2006 and has been practising ever since. During this time she developed a strong sense for personal practice which enhanced her interest in the natural movements of the body. After settling in London she trained with the UK’s leading teacher training faculty at Triyoga and is a fully certified member of the British Wheel of Yoga. Kristina teaches group and private classes throughout London, and is also a Teaching Assistant and mentor on the current teacher training at Triyoga.
Kristina’s teaching focuses on anatomically intelligent alignment and embodied movement, feeling into the sensation of the posture. The body is encouraged to work as an integrated whole bringing deeper physical awareness and building up strength and more fluidity. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience, these classes aim to release tension, and reveal the natural freedom of the body and breath.
