One in three people in the UK have insomnia. Sleep disorders can affect physical and mental wellbeing and disrupt the work life balance.
This workshop is designed to help you sleep better, by giving you the skills to identify why you may have difficulty falling or staying asleep, then through relaxation and breath techniques, simple yoga movements and the use of essential oils, giving you the tools to manage your sleep issues.
