  • Could your working style be more effective?
  • Is the perceived risk of failure impacting on your wellbeing and performance?
  • Do you want to strike a better balance between your work and private lives?

If you answered yes to any or perhaps all of these questions, rest assured, you are not alone. Whether you’re a Clerk or a High Court Judge, we have all felt overwhelmed at times These feelings can affect self-confidence, performance and place you in a vicious circle of stress.

Tap in to the tools used by other high performing professionals – such as athletes, soldiers and public figures. Break bad habits, form better ones and cope with the difficulties of our professional lives by attending our second event in the Middle Temple Survive and Thrive Programme. During the event we will hear from 3 experts who will outline their strategies for thinking and working more efficiently.

We’re also encouraging members to bring partners and teenage children over the age of 16. Both will benefit from attending the event, whether it is providing skills to cope in their own working or home lives, or with exam concerns and pressure to perform.
