In this practical session, you will learn how to effectively research aspects of human rights law. We will look at accessing domestic human rights case law and legislation as well as human rights in an international context – including the European Court of Human Rights, the United Nations and the pan-African human rights regime.

Details of the preparation required in advance of this session will be published on the webpage once it is available, no more than one week before the session. When it is available, please ensure that you prepare in good time.

The Library runs this training session on multiple occasions each year.  You are only permitted to attend this training once.  If you book this event having already attended a previous session your booking will be cancelled by the Education Department. If you book onto more than one of these sessions, all but one of your bookings will be cancelled by the Education Department.
