Coping With The Realities of a Digital Practice
Catherine Brown, founder of Skilful Conversation Ltd, will offer insight and practical advice on how to resolve conflicts between an individual’s personal and professional life. Catherine has 15 years of practise on the Northern Circuit under her belt and 4 years outside as a trainer, offering her a unique perspective on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. She will tailor her talk to life at the Bar and the challenges presented by our growing reliance on technology; what effect this can have on our professional relationships, and personal wellbeing. Attendees will leave with a new perspective on their professional landscape and how to recalibrate the conditions in which they find themselves working.
