This session will be co-facilitated by James Pereira QC and Zita Tulyahikayo. James and Zita are co-founders of The Libra Partnership (www.thelibrapartnership.com), co-authors of several articles in Counsel Magazine, and of The Lawyer’s professional performance and wellbeing column, Loving Legal Life. Their article on the need for modern skills training at the Bar can be found in the Vision section of February’s Counsel Magazine.
James divides his time between practice at the Bar and working as a professional coach. As a silk practising at FTB Chambers he has been nominated for silk of the year three times by the Legal 500. As a coach, he holds certification from the International Coaching Federation and specialises in coaching and training lawyers and barristers.
Zita Tulyahikayo FRSA is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, holds ICF accredited training in Systemic Coaching, and is an NLP Master Practitioner and facilitator of Systemic Constellations. She has an international client base and 15 years in practice.
