Please join us for an evening discussing the barriers to diversity at the bar, the initiatives dedicated to enhancing opportunities and hear from Bridging the Bar (BTB) Chairman Mass Ndow-Njie about what motivated him to found BTB.  The BTB Champions Professor Jo Delahunty QC and Professor Leslie Thomas QC will be sharing about their journeys, the challenges they faced, and the importance of Diversity and Equality at the Bar. You will also hear from several BTB mentees about their experience of the BTB mentoring programme.

  • Recognise the barriers to diversity at the Bar and what Bridging the Bar (BTB) is doing to dismantle them.
  • Identify ways in which you can get involved with BTB and enhancing diversity at the Bar.
