All members of the Inn are welcome to attend - please book a ticket
This event will consist of a mock trial, followed by discussion. You will see practitioners run parts of a trial or hearing and then discuss with them their case theory, tactics and advocacy.

Learning Outcomes:
After this session, students should be able to:
- Acquire and demonstrate legal knowledge of immigration law.
- Understand the procedures of an immigration appeal.
- Understand and apply the basic legal principles applicable to the appeal observed.
