A guided discussion on Criminal Law led by Middle Temple practitioners.

The session will provide you with the opportunity to discuss applying criminal law learning to real world topics, which arise in practice, with the assistance of an experienced criminal law practitioner. In order to help you obtain the maximum benefit from the session you will be expected to prepare for it and to engage in the discussion. Expect the trainer to ask you for your opinion on the issues discussed. But do remember: this is not an exam and there are no ‘right’ answers.

This Round Table will be led by:

  • Julian Evans
  • Earl Pinnock
  • Alexandra Felix QC
  • Samantha Forsyth
  • Master David Mason

Details of the preparation required in advance will be circulated ahead of the QS.
