Learning Outcomes:
After this session, students should be able to:
- Gain insight into issues arising from cultural diversity in court proceedings.
- Identify the respective roles of judge and counsel in resolving such issues.
- Identify rules of law and practice, and guidance contained in the bench books and other sources, that may apply to issues arising from cultural diversity.

Relates to the relationship between the administration of justice and cultural diversity.
