This session will be led by Aparna Nathan QC (Devereux Chambers)

Aparna Nathan QC will be discussing what a practice in Tax Law looks like; the sorts of issues that arise – from challenging structured tax avoidance schemes; to challenging the exercise of directions by HMRC; how one can specialise in this area of law…to name a few. Most importantly, she is here to dispel common misunderstandings about Tax Law – in short: to demystify tax.

[Bookings will open at 18:00 on Friday 18 December]
