Learning Outcomes:

1. Describe the types of situations in which public law challenges arise.
2. Identify the relevant legal provisions relevant to such challenges.
3. Recognise the terms used in such challenges.
4. Identify the outcomes that can be sought by way of a public law challenge.
5. Demonstrate a knowledge of public law principles and overarching jurisprudence.
6. Apply public law to a wide range of fields.
