 only attend a Circuit Education day in the region 
 in which you are studying. If you have previously 
 attended a Circuit Education Day\, you <strong>can
 not </strong>attend another. The Education Departm
 ent reserves the right to cancel your booking.</em
 ></div>\n \n <p>The afternoon session includes an 
 ethics workshop\, tea break and a lecture/discussi
 on\, and counts for 2 QS points. Refreshments will
  be provided.</p>\n \n <p><strong>Ethics Workshop 
 details:</strong></p>\n \n <p>Ethics – in practica
 l terms\, compliance with requirements of BSB Hand
 book and especially the Code of Conduct – at heart
  of what we do as professionals – not some technic
 al or academic add on.</p>\n \n <p>You WILL come a
 cross ethical problems – the more junior you are t
 he more often they will arise with no warning at t
 he last minute – stranded in some far away court.<
 /p>\n \n <p>You MUST be able to identify a problem
  and think it through and ask for advice. There ma
 y not be a right answer but it is better to have t
 hought it through and done something than not to h
 ave noticed it.</p>\n \n <p>You WILL find differen
 t duties often pull in different directions and wh
 at you have to do may be counter-intuitive.</p>\n
