\n \nEthics – in practica l terms\, compliance with requirements of BSB Hand book and especially the Code of Conduct – at heart of what we do as professionals – not some technic al or academic add on.
\n \nYou WILL come a cross ethical problems – the more junior you are t he more often they will arise with no warning at t he last minute – stranded in some far away court.< /p>\n \n
You MUST be able to identify a problem and think it through and ask for advice. There ma y not be a right answer but it is better to have t hought it through and done something than not to h ave noticed it.
\n \nYou WILL find differen t duties often pull in different directions and wh at you have to do may be counter-intuitive.
