\n \nEthics – in practical terms\, compliance with requirements of BSB Handbook and especially the Code of Conduct – at heart of what we do as pr ofessionals – not some technical or academic add o n.
\n \nYou WILL come across ethical proble ms – the more junior you are the more often they w ill arise with no warning at the last minute – str anded in some far away court.
\n \nYou MUST be able to identify a problem and think it throug h and ask for advice. There may not be a right ans wer but it is better to have thought it through an d done something than not to have noticed it.
\ n \nYou WILL find different duties often pull in different directions and what you have to do ma y be counter-intuitive.
