 previously attended a Circuit Education Day\, you

 on session includes an ethics workshop\, tea break
  and a lecture/discussion\, and counts for 2 QS po
 ints. Refreshments will be provided.</p>\n \n <p><
 strong>Ethics Workshop details:</strong></p>\n \n 
 <p>Ethics – in practical terms\, compliance with r
 equirements of BSB Handbook and especially the Cod
 e of Conduct – at heart of what we do as professio
 nals – not some technical or academic add on.</p>\
 n \n <p>You WILL come across ethical problems – th
 e more junior you are the more often they will ari
 se with no warning at the last minute – stranded i
 n some far away court.</p>\n \n <p>You MUST be abl
 e to identify a problem and think it through and a
 sk for advice. There may not be a right answer but
  it is better to have thought it through and done 
 something than not to have noticed it.</p>\n \n <p
 >You WILL find different duties often pull in diff
 erent directions and what you have to do may be co
