\n \nEthics Workshop details:
\n \nEthics – in practical terms\, c ompliance with requirements of BSB Handbook and es pecially the Code of Conduct – at heart of what we do as professionals – not some technical or acade mic add on.
\n \nYou WILL come across ethic al problems – the more junior you are the more oft en they will arise with no warning at the last min ute – stranded in some far away court.
\n \nYou MUST be able to identify a problem and think it through and ask for advice. There may not be a right answer but it is better to have thought it t hrough and done something than not to have noticed it.
\n \nYou WILL find different duties of ten pull in different directions and what you have to do may be counter-intuitive.
