 ation day in the region in which you are studying 
 the Bar Course. If you have previously attended a 
 Circuit Education Day\, you <strong>cannot </stron
 g>attend another. The Education Department reserve
 s the right to cancel your booking.</em></div>\n \
 n <p>The afternoon session includes an ethics work
 shop\, tea break and a lecture/discussion\, and co
 unts for 2 QS points. Refreshments will be provide
 d.</p>\n \n <p><strong>Ethics Workshop details:</s
 trong></p>\n \n <p>Ethics – in practical terms\, c
 ompliance with requirements of BSB Handbook and es
 pecially the Code of Conduct – at heart of what we
  do as professionals – not some technical or acade
 mic add on.</p>\n \n <p>You WILL come across ethic
 al problems – the more junior you are the more oft
 en they will arise with no warning at the last min
 ute – stranded in some far away court.</p>\n \n <p
 >You MUST be able to identify a problem and think 
 it through and ask for advice. There may not be a 
 right answer but it is better to have thought it t
 hrough and done something than not to have noticed
  it.</p>\n \n <p>You WILL find different duties of
 ten pull in different directions and what you have
