– not some technical or academic add on.

\n You WILL come across ethical problems – t
he more junior you are the more often they will ar
ise with no warning at the last minute – stranded
in some far away court.

\n You MUST
be able to identify a problem and think it through
and ask for advice. There may not be a right answ
er but it is better to have thought it through and
done something than not to have noticed it.

\n You WILL find different duties often p
ull in different directions and what you have to d
o may be counter-intuitive.
