 s that are under-discussed.</p>\n \n <p>Women espe
 cially will earn less day-to-day than their male c
 ounterparts due to the gender pay gap\, an unfair 
 allocation of work\, overrepresentation in publicl
 y funded work and will encounter lower lifetime ea
 rnings due to the ever-present gender pay gap. The
 se issues and more benefit from open discussion an

 igh-Ann Mulcahy KC (Fountain Court)\, this panel b
 rings together the Financial Times’ Consumer Edito
 r\, Claer Barrett\, and legal professionals from a
 cross the judiciary and the Bar\, representing the
  diversity of practice at the Bar\, the various st
 ages of career progression and the financial decis
