\n \nP rofessor Jo Delahunty KC MCIArb is a barr ister\, bencher of MT\, family arbitrator\, Record er\, Emeritus Professor of Law at Gresham College and a Freeman of the City of London. She won Famil y KC of 2025 at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards a nd was voted The Lawyer You Aspire to Be at the 20 25 Legal Style Awards. \;Behind these accolad es is a state educated girl born to (remarkable) w orking class single mother. Jo is the author of We \;Set The Bar \;and Domestic Abuse in the Family Justice System\, both published this year. \;

Stephen Lue \;is a family law barrister at Garden Court Chambe rs. \;His practice covers a wide range of appl ications including public and private children law \, \;financial remedies in divorce cases\, int ernational child abduction work \;and domestic violence. He also acts in Court of Protection cas es. \;Stephen was shortlisted for \;Family Law Junior of the Year \;at the Family Law Aw ards 2025 and for \;Barrister of the Year \;at Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2021.
