 rovide a background to this area of law and includ
 e demonstrations of searching for materials on com
 mercial databases and freely available resources. 
 The second half of the presentation will focus on 
 a scenario\, which will be provided in advance. Th
 ere will be a guided group discussion about the le
 gal principles and procedures involved in the scen
