T his session will provide legal instruction in the practice area of employment law. The training will highlight specific resources available for case l aw\, legislation\, and current awareness research in employment law. In addition\, attendees will wo rk through a scenario to learn about the process a nd procedures related to employment tribunals.

The first part of the presentation will p rovide a background to this area of law and includ e demonstrations of searching for materials on com mercial databases and freely available resources. The second half of the presentation will focus on a scenario\, which will be provided in advance. Th ere will be a guided group discussion about the le gal principles and procedures involved in the scen ario.
