Masters of the Bench

Alderman William Russell was Sheriff of the City of London 2016/2017.  He was educated at Eton College and Durham University. He went on to work for First Boston Corporation before joining Merrill Lynch in 1992. He is currently Chairman of CDAM, an asset management business in London He has been Chairman of PCUK, and is Deputy Chairman of Place2be, a mental health charity. He supports the Royal Court Theatre and is on the board of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
