Curried lamb and red lentil.



Chef’s dish:

Seared monkfish,

 chili and sesame soba noodle, ponzu dressing.




Honey and lemon roasted loin of pork,

 roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, crackling, apple sauce.




Irish stew.




Cauliflower and chickpea curry,

 mint yoghurt.




Bread and butter pudding,

 rum and orange caramel.
