Chicken, sweet potato and ginger.



Chef’s dish:

Roasted hake fillet,

saffron poached potato, asparagus, tomato chutney.




Middle Eastern spiced leg of lamb,

roast potatoes, sugar snaps, mint yoghurt.




Grilled free range chicken,

chasseur sauce.




Spring vegetable arancini,

red pepper and basil coulis.




Cherry, almond and chocolate croissant pudding,

vanilla anglaise.
