Time Table

There are two competitions for Major Scholarships each year: one for the Common Professional Entrance Examination (CPE) or the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) course and one for the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).

CPE/GDL Scholarships Closing date for applications	First Friday of the year in which the CPE/GDL is taken up. Closing date for 2012/13: 4 May 2012.
Interviews	June 2012 (dates TBC)
BPTC Scholarships Closing date for applications	First Friday in November (for the BPTC or equivalent in the following academic year). Closing date for BPTC 2012/13: 4 November 2011
Interviews	Next dates (for BPTC 2012/13): 11-13 April 2012
